Daniel is an Obelisk that have memories of another distant life as a creature called human, because of that he sometimes behave oddly for a dragon, but the dragons of Patera Town and the Starfall Clan knows him well enough to not mind. He's a bit shy with strangers and withdrawn in general (an introvert at heart), but good company nonetheless, he loves to read and practice magic (despite not being his forte) and flying is also one of his passions, despite being born on the Viridian Forest he was always an adventurer so he travelled many places until settling in the peaceful lands of the Starfall Clan. He still travel from time to time, but much less than in his teenage years, and he always comes back to the town.

He used to have severe anxiety, but with the years he learned how to cope or at least control most of it, he also has problems trying to communicate what he's thinking with spoken words, not being able to express himself very well, he uses illusion magic to aid him when his thoughts can't translate well into words creating beautiful images in colorful displays and that makes him adored by the children. When he can't rely on it for one reason or another he has to stop talking, breathing deeply and trying again, it normally works and his friends are always kind enough to wait him out.



Daniel was found by his parents when he was very young, he was in his petrified form, a small little greenish statue of a hatchling and when they brought him home they weren't even sure if they saved an Obelisk baby or just picked up a very lifelike statue of chrysoprase. They were happily surprised after some hours when the stone broke down and Daniel emerged.



Daniel's mane isn't as curly as most Obeliks, so he normally wear it longer than most of his kind, sometimes getting confused with Tundras and even once as a Gaoler despite his lack of antler-like horns.
