Icewarden

As Cygnus wandered through the freezing tundra, he had come across a pact of Tundras and Gaolers who were grouped together in a cave. He walked inside and talked to the tribe, asking for shelter from the upcoming blizzard. They agreed, and the curios adventurer took refuge in the snowy encampment.
He mingled and helped the mothers out with their children when he saw him. A small Tundra blindly stumbling around the cave into the fire pit. After saving the boy from burning to death, the tribe thanked him and asked to take him away. The newly born Ice Warden would only bring problems in survival to the tribe, and would get himself killed in a storm with his lack of sight.
Cygnus agreed and took the boy back home. At home, he was nicknamed "Glanis", but kept the Ice Warden name as a tribute to his wintry tribe. He wears goggles that help his vision, and has been a wonderful ice maker in the Tangled Wood.
