Roche is a renegade and is obsessed with speed, motorcycles, and competition. He drives a fiery black/cyan motorcycle of his own design, capable of driving sideways and generally handling in a way impossible for a real world motorbike. Isabeau loves to discuss mechanisms and such with him and Roche flirts back. He wields a broadsword, which is able to channel magic.

Roche is a fearless and reckless thrill seeker, exhilarated by the speeds he can achieve with his motorcycle. He longs for competition that could match him, and elates in taking down delinquents who travel into his "turf" (his patrol route) as a Watch member. Though arrogant and sure in his superiority, he respects an opponent who can match him and does not get upset if his bike is damaged in "race conditions," only swearing he shall return for a rematch. He possesses a sense of honor, restoring opponent's health so they can have a fair one-on-one fight if they were previously injured, even when it opens up the chance for Roche himself to lose.

Clan security (and most travellers) generally stay out of his way; this is justified as when Roche first joined the Godhunter's Watch division, he assaulted a few intruders by bouncing his bike off a low-flying patrolman, causing the latter to crash into the ground. The patrolman wasn't seriously harmed, but it has colored his interations with his allies.

Abilities
Roche is skilled, powerful, but ultimately flashy and obvious. He is proficient in riding his one-of-a-kind motorbike and in swordsmanship, performing deadly combos with his broadsword and able to effectively fight while riding his vehicle. He can implement magic into his swordplay and cast energy waves from his sword as well as use regular spells, mostly elemental. After deeming his opponent overwhelmed, he will become more aggressive, using dashing attacks that cover great distances and may briefly stun opponents.
