Many-eyed Blink was changed by the Wyrmwound's foul calderas, not that it matters much to him. The opening of his eyes was rather traumatic, but now he feels that he must somehow have been chosen, blessed by the Plaguebringer - a view which Shui encourages. He often lurks around the clan's oracles, trying to learn their secrets, certain that he would outshine them all if he could only figure out wear to look.
