She doesn't like to draw a lot of attention to herself. No one really knows who she is, or what she does for a living, but most of the folks near the Cascades have seen her on the boardwalk or Santa Solare's parks, sitting by the coast, sitting in the local ice cream shoppe-- she's been around longer than the oldest residents, but never looks a day past 30. Most snappers are earthbound, but that doesn't stop her-- with a flap of too-large wings and a gust of wind magic, she an go just about anywhere. She likes to wear gaudy clothing, like hawaiian shirts and big colorblock hoodies. And she's always carrying that book with her, scribbling down some kind of notes or doodling within.

Who is she?

None of the dragons with peculiar powers can get a good read on her. Her vibrations are strong, strong enough to knock the wind out of skydancers who get too close, but mind-readers can't get a damn thing out of her. Especially gifted clarivoyant dragons who can see auras have difficulty looking at her. Future-telling dragons (like many of the water scryers of the Sea of a Thousand Curents) are especially bemused, as she fails to show up in their visions-- as though the universe itself cannot account for her. She's been the subject of quite a few rumors over the years.

Though she keeps to herself, she's really quite nice if you approach her. She'll have a nice (albeit short) conversation before excusing herself. Though many walk away with positive opinions of her, others are unnerved; she talks to them as though they're old friends, though they've surely never met. If you ask her what's in her little book, she'll give a glib little smile and tell you it's just notes, nothing all that interesting. But if you buy her a drink, and you're especially nice, she might show you-- and it's especially disquieting.

Within the book is pages and pages of...content. Lore. On them. Secrets no one could know, and sketches of half-formed dragons that won't move in for years. These people tend to give her a wide berth, after, which seems to make her a bit sad.

After all, maybe she just wanted to show off her creations.
