Biography

"A wise dragon once told me something. I didn't listen."

Fickle joined the clan during a very busy time. Dragons were flying in and out of Clan Synergy at record speed, most getting training so they would be ready to fly off to join the… Icewarden? Okay.

Fickle was ordered to stay out of the way while Dreamfyre, Bamboo, and Ariath worked tirelessly to give instruction to one dragon after the next and send them across the water to a receiving Ice clan. But Fickle was fascinated by all the hullabaloo, and completely failed to obey that order.

Somehow, he got mixed with a young Ridgeback, Gnasher, who was ready to fly off to the Icewarden. And, in a flurry of wings and snow, poor Fickle found himself completely lost in Ice territory.

Meanwhile, Gnasher was spotted still sitting around in Clan Synergy. Panic erupted through Fickle’s clanmates, because the right amount of dragons had been sent, but if Gnasher was still here, who was sent away? Thinking fast, Onra sent Vin into Ice territory to find and bring Fickle home again.

After much searching, Vin found Fickle, relieved to see that, miraculously, he hadn’t been shuffled off to join the Icewarden unprepared. The Ice clan who had received Fickle by mistake graciously permitted Vin to escort him back home, where he received a sound scolding from several concerned dragons.

He’s been very good about obeying orders ever since.
