Zinna made her lair in a treasure-filled cave, stealing wreckage from the great maelstrom as a shiny-object obsessed hatchling. She met Kairius, who was impressed by her tenacity and decided to take her in. One day they tried to hijack a ship for the wares it carried, and found themselves in competition with Helophyte and Laciport. They ended up working together and while sailing back even took in the runaway Map, who described the Strangesite Clan and made them want to join with the promise of being granted resources for treasure hunting.
