Opposite the Buteo is the Cygnus, the hunters responsible for tracking and soothing the melancholic souls. They specialize in helping the lost and usually utilize song to lead their souls to the bridge of sighs.

A hearer, or listener, has the ability to perceive the noise a soul makes. What that translates into is dependent on the individual. The downside to hearing souls is that sometimes the hunter can be overwhelmed by the noise of the living and the departed (especially in highly populated areas --spiritual and living). They are also susceptible to emotion-affecting abilities displayed by some undead and visitors.

Song of the Western Wind Soul Song
A harp used to calm lost spirits. Created by Wind Dragons, its music is light and breezy and has a natural soothing sound. Used in tandem with the voice it usually never fails to calm.
Fawn Fox Rat Whisper
Whisper is Ravyn's companion and spirit guide. She helps Ravyn stay grounded when she's in a densely populated area and her senses are acting against her.
