CHESTER
adventurer | twin "Uh-oh, looks like this handsome little devil wandered a little too far from his home lair ( 1SmolPot8o #403986 ), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to 1SmolPot8o, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but he would be very grateful <3!" |

Travel Journal Chester has always wished he had his sister, Beatriz's bravery. The way she always stood her ground and faced every situation with a grin was inspirational to Chester. She was his best friend and he didn't know what he'd do without her (probably get lost in a book permanently) so, when she announced she was leaving to go on an adventure he felt lost. What would he do without his permanent companion? When she offered him the chance to join her he wasn't quite sure what to do. Should he take the opportunity and be brave or live a quiet and peaceful life? In the end, the thought of living without his twin was too much and he decided to be brave for once and join her! Clan Mavenkark, Hyzenthlaay Chester could feel how uncomfortable the city of Mavenlark made his sister, and yet, he couldn't quite bring himself to share the same opinion. Misfortune and sadness plagued the city, which housed far more refugees than it possibly could have had room for - and yet, the sadness was not about the clan itself. The dragons there had largely lost their homes to war and other uncontrollable events, and much of their history was uprooted, but clear in their voices was hope, and love, and even enjoyment. They looked forward to meeting new dragons, and learning new songs. They greeted the twins at every turn, offering them some of their food provisions. There wasn't anything sad about Mavenlark - all Chester could see was friends waiting to be made. World Vers. 9, Sekaii09 When Chester finally agreed to leave Mavenlark, he didn't expect to land in another clan just like it. To be honest, it was quite hilarious when his sister found out. Her face was priceless. Despite World Vers. 9 consisting mostly of past criminals in one way or another, Chester found himself engrossed in the workings of the clan. He found it fascinating that so many dragons who had such varying pasts worked together so well. Of course, there were a few dragons that Chester was nervous around. Serein, for example. When he was introduced to her, she laughed almost manically with a truly terrible glint in her eyes. Perhaps it was just the lighting in the room, but Chester would rather not stick around to find out. Scintilla, on the other hand, was positively delighted to find out that Chester liked to read. He practically dragged Chester over to his library so that they could discuss the many books Scintilla had in his collection. World Vers. 9 and Mavenlark would get along dashingly, Chester thought. |
