When you first enter his tea shop, You'd think Minley was a normal wind dragon. He has colours fitting of one. Green wings and a white body, with smoke-like patterns covering said body. You'd think nothing out of the ordinary until you saw something that was just a little off. Maybe you notice the electricity, swirling around his chest and belly, mostly hidden by the apron he wears, but still visible if you look close enough. Or you could see Amp, his familiar, darting around the room, a swift volt being a very uncommon sight in the Windswept Plateau. Or perhaps you see the evidence that cements Minley as not being a dragon born on the Plateau. Under his hat, are piercing blue eyes.

Minley was born in the Shifting Expanse, but never felt like he really belonged. His clan were all hard workers, performing work like engineering and construction, but Minley could never wrap his head around all that technical stuff, and he wasn't strong enough to perform all that hard labour. His clannmates didn't bully or despise him for his more laid-back personality though. Minley had a spectacular gift. Even in the desert wasteland of the shifting expanse, he was able to pick out the right ingredients to brew the perfect tea, for just what you needed. Just come from some hard work and need something to quench your thirst? Minley has the perfect cup for you. Your throat sore from shouting orders at work? Minley has a soothing cup of tea ready to brew for you. Minley didn't find out about this gift of his all by himself though. Back when he was a hatchling, Minley's favourite time of the year was the week of the Thundercrack Carnivale. Different dragons from all corners of Sornieth travelled to the Expanse to celebrate the week of the Stormcatcher. One year, Minley had a fateful encounter with a travelling dragon from the wind flight. This dragon shared with him a drink that Minley hadn't tried before. Tea. The flavour was delicious to him, unlike anything he had tasted before. Minley wanted to ask this dragon where this tea had come from and what it was made from, but when he turned around to ask, his mysterious companion was gone. The encounter had awakened something within Minley though, and thus started his pasttime of brewing tea. This was mostly because he wanted to create his own wonderful flavours, and share them with as many dragons as possible, but part of him wanted to find out what combination of ingredients made that oh-so-wonderful tea he had been given on that one Carnivale day.

Eventually, Minley felt like he needed a change of location. As much as he loved his clanmates in the expanse, and how they accepted him as he was, he still felt like he didn't fit in properly. And he still hadn't found the combination for that perfect cup of tea. He remembered that the dragon who had given it to him was from the wind flight, so he packed up his belongings, waved goodbye to his clan, and set off for the Windswept Plateau. Once he arrived he went from clan to clan, trying each new brew as he found them, and creating a few with the ingredients he found along the way. Then one day, he walked into a new clan, and saw him. The dragon from when he was a hatchling. What was even more of a surprise was that this dragon (who's name, he learnt, was Meili) remembered him from all those years ago. Meili shared with Minley the recipe for the tea he had given him back then, and when he brewed it, Minley found that it was still as wonderful as he remembered it, if not more. Now Minley lives in that same clan where he found Meili, running his own tea shop that dragons flock to. And although he has tried many a different type of tea since he was a hatchling, and created some of his own new flavours, his favourite flavour to relax and enjoy a cup of will always be the one made from leaves found only near New-Breeze clan. Notes and stuff that don't fit in with the first part of the bio:
-Minley can remember the taste of a tea with a single cup, and he can get quite annoyed when a dragon tries to stop any other dragon from ever using a recipe
-So one time, A particular snooty pearlcatcher tried that, and Minley spent a week trying every recipe he thought it could be, until he got a match, then he shared it
-Although of course, Minley isn't gonna tell everyone a secret family recipe or something, just if the dragon is very rude about it (Think that one dude who copyrighted vantablack)
Ok reminder for me: Change part of the lore here so that the electricity running around his body was caused by some accident he had on a construction site when he was younger. This leads to him not being able to work well with the technology in his clan, since the electricity can surge and cause problems. And then he meets Meili and starts the tea stuff, realises he's much better at this than he was with technology, and leaves on a journey. So he does also have some knowledge of the technological. (also most of the time Vivah tries to stay away from him when working on something)
