Permanent resident, first primal I've ever hatched!

Seer, the main leader of and caretaker of The Sanctuary. Even though originally Her birth was regarded as a bad omen by the rest of the clan, She has found peace and proven Herself as a worthy dragon. Even though the main clan would love to have Her back due to Her powers, Seer refuses each time. Without Seer and her mate, who would be there to take care of the Outcasts of the clan? Nobody but the Outcasts themselves.

Seer has prophetic dreams every so often, but they aren't minor things like Her mate Prophet sees. Seer is able to predict major events like devastating storms, drought, famine, etc. with scary precision.
