Lavenderwing looked at Lilystar, she blinked.
I never desire to lead the clan.
But why not? I'm one of the best fighters in our clan.
"Lavenderwing, would you like to be my deputy?"
She starts to sound like the leader, that's good, but I rather voted for Spottedwing to be the leader. Because she was my best friend, everything would not be the same again.
Then she suddenly felt guilty about her selfishness.
"Yes, I would."
"Then Lavenderwing, you've proved you're loyalty more than once. I invite you to help me lead the clan......"
Then Lavenderwing heard her name and cheers, but they make her even more lonely. She escaped from the camp as soon as the meeting ended.
She screamed, trying to find a fox to fight with, cause it's the only thing she could do to keep her wailing like a newborn kit.
When the night fell, Lavenderwing just felt terrible, she doesn't want anything. She doubted that if she'd ever been interested in clan life anymore. Lilypool, Lilystar now, is her best friend since they are kits, but now, she's her leader. She hates to admit it, but Lilystar barely talks to her since she went to the moonpool. She knew there is something bothering her, but she never asked.
She went away, disappear in the darkness for a long time, long enough for her to get rid of her anger. Then when she went back to camp, no one stopped to greet her, but that's good. No one will ask me where have I been. Just then a voice behind her says, "greeting, deputy."
