The Outcast's only decent chef, Molt. Nobody knows where he seems to get the ingredients for his delicious meals, with added spices and herbs to boot. Yet the land they live in is fairly barren, with only roots and the occasional bird growing near the fringes of their territory.
...Of course, nobody's seen them hunt, either. They disappear often, but never seem to come back with anything of importance. Some gossip that they're in cahoots with Decay, and use the rot that follows them.
But that's only a theory, nobody knows for sure and this dragon is shrowded in mystery. As regal as they've made themself to look, it comes across as a bit of a messy front, as if they aren't quite sure how this 'fancy' thing works. Fancy is only their awkward attempt to fit in, no matter what other drakes may say about their background may not be as important as others may theorize it to be. Whether king or fraud, there's no denying that they have an off aura, though.
