Note: After the discovery of the Frozen Age digsite, Dumor excitedly came to visit and excavate for himself, as the newly unearthed genes (Chrysocolla and Malachite) matched his personal aesthetic quite well.
(originally Jupiter & Shimmer) Dumor enjoys spending his time with Glutton in the library, helping her organize and date the much older tomes the clan has collected over the years. He often creates enchanted relics to aid in the neverending construction of the clan tower. Stone is his favorite medium. His most called on talent is that of enchanting flyers that can be destroyed when the contents are no longer viable; typically they’re recruitment flyers that Shir passes around while merchanting. If the job position is filled, Shir speaks the proper incantation to a small etched stone provided by Dumor, and each flyer attached to the spell disintegrates into ash. A primal-eyed Imperial, Vorsick, commissioned both Dumor and artist Rhythm to assemble extra robotic limbs along his flank, for a more efficient work output. The now-gilded Imperial has since become an old hand at assembling and repairing robots and constructs. One of Dumor’s children hatched with some malformed bones, and needed varying prosthetics to ease his growth into adulthood. Vorsick, eager to repay the old Snapper who helped make his multi-limbed dream a reality, crafted the perfect prosthetics and mobility aids for each stage of his son Corundum’s healing process. “How can you carve such intricate patterns into stone if you don’t have the nimble claws to do so?” “Yes yes, I do have rather large trompers, but you see this sharp metal claw on the tip of my left mitt? Now that, THAT is my secret for my delicate handiwork. I channel my lightning magic through it and can use it to create a concentrated beam that can slice through near anything, carve near anything as well. The only thing that could possibly hold me back from any of my work isn’t the size of my paws, no; it is the control of my magic. And that, my friend, is where I am most talented.” Hoard
