Clumsy Caregiver QUIRK(S): Kantorik is partially stone, through his mother... but he is also a healer just like her. "I just want people to know they are the masters of their own fortune and misfortune. A lot of us think that doctors and drugs are going to control and help us, but the reality is we're our own best doctor."

A miracle hatchling - one of three born to dragons who never believed they could have little ones - Kantorik was wanted from the start. However, his father believes that their 'deformation' is a curse instead of just a mark of something special. This was a hard way to grow up, knowing that your father left because he felt so badly about bringing 'tainted' children into the world. Luckily for Kantorik, however, his mother more than makes up for the absence of a father. When one of his sisters disappeared and the other went to go find their father, Kantorik stayed at Chaotic Daydreams to continue to learn healing from Galatea. She was happy to have at least one of her children stay close and even happier to spend a lot of time with her little one. Kantorik's healing skills are very good... but outside of his profession, he's a little awkward. Naturally clumsy because of random stone-like stiffness of his limbs, and with sight that is just slightly off of the norm because of his eyes, the pearlcatcher moves with caution a lot of the time. While he is happy where he is, Kantorik does sometimes dream about taking a trip to see if he can find his father and sister and convince them to at least come back for a visit with him to see Galatea. But that will have to wait a while, until his studies are finished and he is sure his mother will not go into a decline without support. Until then, he sends messages out with travelers who come through and hopes that the family will be reunited sometime soon.
