Had slumbered beneath a desert somewhere, protecting ancient relics, but was awakened and brought to the clan somehow.
Ranger & Oasis may have accidentally awoken him, attempting to recover artifacts w/o realizing he was protecting them?

On the first day of the fourth month, a message is received from somewhere else...
"The print on this scroll is too small... Perhaps the dragon reading it needs glasses?"
Leofrun is offended by the very notion of this, but he can't stop me from adding glasses to his future scries now :)
