2045.png 		For newcomers to the estuary, seeing a pair of large, glowing eyes rising from the murk is enough to cause palpitations. It's still unknown whether she's truly dangerous or not, but nobody is willing to try and extricate Thaloyss from her domain.

Her brilliant camouflage keeps her well hidden even in clear daylight, but the reek of something rotting and green will always give presence away to those who know what to look (or smell) for. Her long fur, likely once luxurious and silken, has long since matted with dead weeds, algae, and silt. Her antlers are thickly-coated with lichens and slime-moulds, some trailing in long fibrous tendrils along her back. Despite her odious nature, little plants of a mysterious origin often flower along her body, speckling her coat with occasional drippings of delicacy.

Occasionally, Kepper can be found perching upon her antlers, staring intently into the surrounding woods. They do not speak to one another, and indeed seem to have little awareness of the other's presence.
