"People never die in Miami, that's what they all say."
"Run your hands through where the meadow is sweetest, let the flowers bow their pollen-heavy heads to kiss your fingertips, leaving trails of honeyed stardu-"
The little coatl stops her poetry recital to point at your head. "Umm, there's a butterfly. On your head?"
You gently brush it off and it flaps an indignant spiral through the air to land on Meadow's clawtip.
"Hello there, little one!", she greets it warmly and tilts her head towards it as if listening.
You think you hear little squeaks emitting from the butterfly.
"Oh, yes! I have just the thing for you!", she chirps and rummages through her feathers to pull out a very small shiny thing. What is it?
"Its butterfly armour!" Meadow giggles after seeing your expression, "the monarch butterflies have gone to war with the cinnabar moths over the poppy fields." she explains in a serious tone, "all seems a bit pointless if you ask me."
You step closer to peer at the butterfly fitting tiny and intricately engraved leg guards as well as a helmet onto it's body. It sees you looking and struts about with a rather pompous air.
"Yes, I do think you look very fierce.", nods Meadow sagely.
