Shen prior life story outline

IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOW:

THE WHITE LIONS:
A "gang" of sorts. They cause trouble "for the sake of the people." This is important, because the white lions are ******* awful in the sense that they go about doing everything in the worst, most horrible ways possible. If a kid is getting kidnapped, they'd beat the man shitless, if not to death. If the city's doing something wrong, they start violent riots. In some cases, they act purely in self-interest, and any time they cause trouble, for whatever reason - good or bad, someone ends up hurt. The white lions are led by a strong-willed, hearty female nicknamed Lady Freya. Their gang logo is a minimalist white lion, and members often sport the design on masks, or the back of their shirt, jacket, etc. Authorities are always in hot pursuit of the White Lions, but if anyone messes with one of their members, the entire gang will go after you, your friends, your family... Whatever is easily accessible to them. Make no mistake, either, the white lions are *not* a small group in any way. They practically own the city.

ERIKA "LADY FREYA" LONG:
30, 172lbs
A tall, well-built woman with long brown hair that runs down to the midsection of her back. She has a slightly peachy Caucasian skin tone and sharp blue eyes. Her personality is very "alpha female." She likes to control others, and she is very intelligent which makes her very manipulative. She * has* to have her way, or she will take her anger out on others. It's very easy to blow her fuse, but she is difficult to talk to. She is, metaphorically, a fox or snake in every sense. She is power-hungry, and always craving to find new information. She and Zach have a sexual relationship, though no actual bond. Erika does, however, favor Zach over others, and trusts him as her right-hand man.

ABOUT SHEN:
Zach "Lucifer" Herring, 27, 202lbs
Shen is 27 during the time of this story. He is a short, scruffy, dirty man with the *slightest* tan you could imagine, and often wears oversized, baggy tanktops under a ragged old dark gray hoodie with a slightly faded white lion expertly spraypainted into the cloth (very minimalistic, but it gets the point across to //most// people. To the uneducated/tourists, it looks like a ball of fuzz or just a white blotch.) His hair is a dull, but not dark, honey? blonde with black streaks in it - it is very long and goes down to around the back of his thighs. He has heavy, tired bags under his eyes, and he's covered in scabs from cuts and bruises that are probably days old - greenish, yellowish color. His NAME is *not* shen, it's Zach Herring, though he is referred to more commonly as "Lucifer" for privacy reasons. "Lucy," is a reserved nickname for those who have a tight bond with him. His eyes are dark green, but they appear a type of gray most of time - like the life is drained out of him. He has a slight slouch, and he has this very *unpleasant* and unwelcoming aura. He seems to care about people to an extent, however, and walks tall and strong whenever Lady Freya is around. He treats Lady Freya like a queen in person, but behind her back, he hates her guts. He has two friends, Jay Hall and Amber Fieldhart. He has known Jay since 2nd grade, and met Amber a few months before he dropped out in 11th grade. Amber is a lot less important to him, but she lifts his spirits when he's down, and she's intelligent to boot. Jay nor Amber have anything to do with the White Lions.
