Biography
Across the border of the Viridian Forest and into the Sunbeam Ruins he flapped. It was all a confusing mix of white washed sight from each eye. Nothing gave a picture of the landscape. Of course, he thought that was because his brain could not process as many eyes as he had. But it was not so. He was snatched out of the sky, and the next thing he knew, he was set on the ground in front of a significantly larger dragon.
"Welcome gifted one," the dragon said with a strong, male, voice. One of command and confidence that was also content with his place in the world. "It is an honor to find one as you. We happened to be out, hunting, where I am told you were found floundering among the birds we were trying to snag. You are not much bigger than the sparrows, so they grabbed you before you got hurt.
"However we did not expect to find one such as yourself just wandering about. It is true, that many dragons pass this way, but few are gifted with many sights. Even fewer are found and captured before we slew you by snatching you in our iron claws.
"Do you have a name?"
"None was given to me."
"Then I will give you one. Despite your size, because you remind me of the deep of the ocean, I shall call you Leviathan. And, Leviathan, I would love to offer you a place in our lair. Among our members are our Oracle, Visionaire, and Yori; Sauron too. Our current dispute is..."
"An unfortunate event. I shall take the name and I shall commit myself to Visionaire's teaching. I offer myself to the training and then services of the Lair. I will make you and the Lightweaver proud."
"I am certain you will make me proud, but I am more concerned with my father, Supreme Emperor Aleglesia. I am Prince Jarnakol, his firstborn and the Grand Prince of Katabaino Dunaos Katharos, a Lair of Light."
"That much I can see," Leviathan retorted. "I will make you and your father proud. I will learn from your Oracle and serve the Lightweaver proudly. For you recused me when others ignored me. I owe you me my life."
"You are young, barely hatched," Jarnakol stated. "You will grow up well in our Lair."
Seer.
