PERSONALITY/BEHAVIORS
> Overall sophisticated, calm and speaks in a quiet voice. > Lethargic to the point of people thinking she's asleep sometimes when she's not, acts very neutral/like she doesn't care or isn't interested with most dragons. > The only exception to her apathy is Rhaella- she's very affectionate and clingy with her. > Frustrating to talk to: often won't directly answer questions or will act like she didn't hear you and just start talking about her own thing > Talks in an indistinguishable accent BIO > Her past is ???, no one can get it out of her, not even Rhaella > Her first appearance in the clan was when she rescued Rhaella. Millarca found her near-death after an accident and bit her, turning her immortal. > Seems to have lots of family outside of the clan that she's in written contact with, but no one but Rhaella has met these dragons or knows who they are. > Millarca and Rhaella started dating a few months after they met > When not just hanging around her GF or taking naps, she can be found watching performances at Acrylic and Ellectras theater > Does not have a formal job |

RELATIONSHIPS
 Rhaella - Girlfriend Millarca is 100% totally heads-over-heels in love with Rhaella. She becomes a completely different dragon when speaking with her- super giddy and affectionate and kind of silly. Vampire Friends wrote:
