Venomous Mirror Evades "Inescapable" Prison 1 day ago ·  Comments (94)
By Argo Fae Sornieth News -- Tragedy struck Sornieth early Friday morning as a breakout occurred at the Southrock Vault Penitentiary, the first in the prison's 300 year history. At 04:16 Friday morning, a surveillance camera in the maximum security block of Southrock Vault Penitentiary recorded the only evidence of the first breakout to occur at the prison - vigilante 19 year old Ricin Postmortem, known as the Rattlesnake Killer. The break was not reported until 07:09 when the first shift maximum security guards arrived and discovered the remains of eight guards that had been patrolling the block that night. Injuries ranged from singular throat lacerations to visibly unrecognizable corpses. Two of the ten guards in the incident were missing completely, and forensic teams have been unable to locate DNA samples on the scene. When questioned, inmates and guards in neighboring blocks reported hearing no unusual signs of struggle. An inmate said during a questioning that he has "no doubt [ Ricin ] did it on her own. [ I have ] never seen that kind of violence, especially in a kid." He then referred to her first week in Southrock, when the other inmates in her hall were moved due to sudden bouts of insomnia, anxiety, panic, and aggression. One displaced inmate claimed it was due to hearing rattling coming from her cell throughout the night. The mirror had been detained just two months ago in Zephyr Steppes, where she was found alone outside the burning wreckage of Gale Teas - a crime witnesses also attributed to her. Both Southrock and the Wind Service & Patrol Department received anonymous magitells disclosing her location approximately four hours before the crime took place. She did not resist arrest. It is suspected that she was involved with the disappearances of Artemis and Adonis Caelum due to her affiliation with Postmortem, the crime syndicate led by the adopted son of the two guardians. At this time, there is no evidence linking these events to the events of her arrest. The killer is unpredictable and erratic, and Southrock Head of Guard Thorne Redd announced earlier in a press conference that she should not be approached, and fleeing is the safest option for survival. He requests anyone with information about her or her whereabouts come forward to Southrock or the nearest Service & Patrol office. Related topics
