Warden Tekeri is the black sheep of the Council of Six. The Sixth Ward has always been considered an odd place, and its position in the governance is shaky at best. On top of this, Tekeri's distant, inattentive nature further alienates them from the rest of the group.

Most of their time is spent at Last Tower, far from the others where they tend to the day to day of the port city and manage The Icefields' official dealings with its neighbors. They also have a rather large family including four young children who they seem to be raising alone. To spot Tekeri in the wild is rare, and to summon them for an annual meeting of the council is a chore beyond fathoming...

A number of stories revolve around Tekeri's missing tail, none confirmed nor denied. In truth, it was removed by their mother as a hatchling after they'd tripped over it one too many times.
