"Owner" may or may not be the term for Tenzo, since he basically does every job needed. Not to say he does them efficiently - he certainly talks a great deal. At least he's full of jokes and kindness. Lots of jokes. Send help.

He wanted to own his own restaurant since he was a hatchling and he knew how to cook. After lots of learning and practicing his recipes, he finally bought a plot in the Trading Post, set up a bar, and got to cooking. A bustling trading post filled with hungry travelers was a great spot to set up camp, and his business flourished. He was reluctant to hire others at first, but eventually caved under the workload and accepted young and eager Ahiahi to the team.
