Noisur has always had a gift for stealing. Under the cover of night, he would slink through the shadows, pick-pocketing whoever came his way with nary a sound. His talent has gotten him a fair amount of wealth. It's too bad he tends to blow it all gambling.

Ever the ambitious dragon, Noisur aims to steal as much valuable goods as possible within his lifetime. Unfortunately, there came a day when Noisur bit off more than he could chew. He stole a very rare, very ancient scroll said to contain the blessings of the Gladekeeper. The moment he took the scroll outside of its temple, the skin on his face rotted away, leaving nothing behind but bone. In a panic, Noisur tried to return the scroll, but it was too late- the curse was there to stay.

While his face makes it more difficult to blend in, Noisur has made lemonade out of lemons and uses his new look to his advantage. Because of how horrifying he appears, he is able to easily intimidate others and get better prices for his stolen goods. However, he doesn't nearly get as many ladies as he used to. No amount of makeup is going to make that face look normal.
