Siliqua hatched quietly alone in the cold, silent hours just after midnight. He broke out of his egg with careful, precise movements and was gone from the nest before his siblings could stir.

A winter forest god, Siliqua embodies the stark midwinter that only hardy flora and fauna survive. He is not particularly talkative and may seem cold and aloof to those who first meet him, but he always does what is asked of him. A dependable constant. He is a steady rock for those who choose to rely on him, but he never seems to need the same support from anyone else. When he takes to the skies he prefers to fly high and alone, until he can hardly see the ground and creatures beneath. His wing-strokes make the air around him icy cold, regardless of season, and he likes the sensation. Even when on the ground Siliqua might stir his wings to cool his scales if he is feeling too warm.
