Amihan

God of the Afterlife, a manifestation of winter as death, guides the dead and dying to the world beyond. Amihan is timeless, older even than Ketamine, and has many names--most of them impossible to pronounce. Has taken many forms in his life but in modern times mostly takes the form of a frozen dracolich resembling a Pearlcatcher. Can alter his form to look more lifelike so as not to frighten the dying (or living children who're not yet ready to die). A (very) few also call him a god of time, since "death comes for all in time."

Amihan is not an evil God, and Death is not an evil thing. He is, perhaps, cruel in his inevitability--if it is your time, you will go to the life beyond.

He is ofc not there at the bedside of all dying dragons--even a god cannot be in all places at once--but he does take particular care to visit his subjects from time to time. (Think grim reapers as an entity in modern media, the skeleton with a scythe--the face of death, but we do not all see a grim reaper when we die)
