Biography

Lore for This girlie!~
Nari
"Nari! Nari! Oh thank the gods I caught you! You're needed over in Chloris' tent! 'Lopsy thinks she's waking up!" A tiny black and blue pearlcatcher ran up to the bogsneak, bouncing from foot to foot, careful not to drop her pearl nonetheless.

"Did Kalopsia say that herself? Or did you come to your own conclusion? As always." She mumbled the last part, careful not to hurt the hatchling's feelings. It wasn't that she held any dislike for the pearlcatcher; but she had been around her long enough to know that she was prone to thinking she could read other people's minds, regardless of if the stance was unfounded.

"She really said it this time! Quick! Come look!" The hatchling wrapped her tail around Nari's thumb and hurried her along. In response, she sighed. Nari unwrapped the hatchling's tail and placed her gently on her back, between her wings.

"Thisbe, calm yourself. If Kalopsia said she was waking up, then she will; but in due time. It wont be immediate and if there's too many dragons in her tent when she does wake up, it could overwhelm her. We need to take our time with this, it's a very delicate situation and needs to be handled with the upmost care." Nari ruffled her wings, accidentally rearranging the silks and jewels on them, jostling Thisbe in the process. She nipped at Nari's neck fan in retaliation, but her teeth were too small to do much more than warp the thick skin.

The bogsneak shook her head lightly, dislodging the hatchling, before starting to make her way to Chloris' tent; humming a small tune to keep the pearlcatcher quiet.

The second the curtains parted and the warmth of the tent washed over the two, Thisbe jumped off, displacing the silks on Nari's wings and knocking her head to the side. The bogsneak grumbled to herself, walking further into the large tent and closing the flaps behind her. She startled at the low rumble the emanated from somewhere behind her and turned to face the noise.

"I hear you've arrived finally. I'll need your help once she's awoken, it'll be vital to her recovery. I'm not sure whether or not she'll have memory loss, my powers don't stretch that far, but I do know that she'll have a hard time readjusting regardless." The owner of the voice was a large, black imperial, with a bird skull sat atop her head. The skull itself was larger than anything she'd ever seen, and Nari wondered what kind of things the imperial had to face before she came to the clan. She shook herself to rid the thought.

"Alright. Though I can't promise she'll want me around, even if she doesn't have memory loss." She smiled softly, as she saw Thisbe crawl onto the cot that the former clan leader lay on.

The imperial waved her paw around in a nonchalant manner. "Unimportant, she'll be stuck with you whether she likes it or not. I'll make sure of it." She grinned, her wicked fangs on display as she clenched her paw, small green sparks flying out from her enclosed palm.

Nari shuddered, feeling minuscule and inadequate against the towering ancient. She gulped, finding it hard to swallow, and nodded at the imperial. Without warning, the bogsneak felt an impact on her side. She jumped, looking down only to see the goat eyed pearlcatcher she came here with.

Thisbe giggled, hugging Nari's arm to her chest. "Don't worry! Kalopsia won't hurt 'ya! It might tingle though!" The hatchling giggled again and Nari sighed, sitting herself down on the ground near the campfire that was keeping the tent warm.

"Alright then, wake me when Chloris' condition improves." And with that, she lay down, feeling extra warmth coming from the side of her closest to the fire. She cracked her eye open, seeing Thisbe getting comfortable, and huffed a small laugh, bringing her tail to wrap around the hatchling. She heard a small chirp and the movement stopped.

And at the sound of the tent flaps opening and closing, she let herself succumb to sleep.
