______ Belial, the formidable Banescale warrior with white eyes and a cold exterior, had always been the lone wolf of the clan. His imposing presence, coupled with his reputation as one of the top warriors, made him appear unapproachable to most. He rarely spoke, and when he did, it was often in the form of a single sentence or even just a solitary word. He had mastered the art of silence and solitude, and many found themselves shivering with fear or feeling an unsettling chill down their spine in his presence.

But beneath the stoic façade, Belial concealed a heart that cared deeply, especially for his found family within the clan. He was fiercely protective of those he held dear, even though he struggled to express his feelings openly. It was this very contradiction within him that made him a puzzle to his fellow clan members.

While Belial may have appeared cold, he possessed a warm and caring heart, a fact that was often hidden behind his stern demeanor. He found it difficult to find the right words to convey his emotions, especially when it came to Alun, the charming and gentle Imperial whose presence could turn Belial's world upside down.

Belial's feelings for Alun ran deep, but he was plagued by uncertainty and a fear of rejection. Both dragons harbored a profound crush on each other, and yet they danced around their emotions, unable to find the courage to speak their hearts. Belial's interactions with Alun were a constant struggle between his calm and composed exterior and the chaos of panic that raged within him whenever he was near the Imperial.

Alun, the dragon who had once come from the plague lands, had found solace and peace within the clan. His arrival had been marked by a deep curiosity about the world and a desire to learn and grow. Under the mentorship of King, an elderly guardian, Alun had blossomed into a knowledgeable and caring individual.

His talents soon extended to the realm of healing, where he sought to ease the suffering of his fellow clan members. Alun's soothing presence and calming tea had a remarkable effect on dragons in pain or distress, making him a beloved figure within the clan. He was always there with a cup of tea, a calming smile, and comforting words, ready to ease their fears.

It was during one fateful encounter that Alun's path crossed with Belial's in a way that would forever change their lives. Belial had been gravely injured and initially refused help from the clan's healers, inciting fear and chaos. However, Alun managed to calm the wounded Banescale with his tea, allowing the healers to save his life.

Their connection deepened with each subsequent encounter, and Belial found solace in Alun's presence. He admired the Imperial's kindness, his gentle nature, and his talent for healing both physical and emotional wounds. As Belial continued to return for Alun's care, the two dragons grew closer, their hearts drawn together by an unspoken connection.

Alun, too, found himself falling for the enigmatic Banescale who had captured his heart. Belial's strength, his protectiveness, and the depths of his emotions left an indelible mark on Alun's own heart. Yet, like Belial, he struggled to find the right words to express his feelings.

Their love remained unspoken, a silent yearning that hovered between them like a delicate wisp of smoke. Belial's heart raced when he was near Alun, and Alun's eyes would often linger on the Banescale, longing to convey the depth of his affection.

As they continued to dance around their emotions, their bond only grew stronger. Belial, the formidable warrior, and Alun, the gentle healer, were both trapped by their own insecurities, unable to bridge the gap between them. Yet, their love remained a powerful force, silently weaving its way through their lives, waiting for the day when words would no longer be necessary, and their hearts would finally find their voice.
