Eternal middle-aged adult
There's a rumor that demons once lived among dragonkind. Not alluring and dashing ones -- literal demons, creatures that mimic dragons but were unable to understand emotions. Every word spoken a lie, emotions felt but never realized.
Tenniel, Dorothy's great uncle, was the black sheep of the family, nicknamed 'The Demon Incarnate' for his muted personality and unsettling demeanor. Even worse, he is cursed like the rest of the family. Just... a unique spin on it.
Foremost, Tenniel wasn't hatched with it like Frank and Dorothy. He was literally cursed during his lifetime.
If that wasn't concerning enough: He was cursed because of his dark past. Those in the know claim that 'everyone hates and fears him, even death.' There's some truth here, as Sornieth's ghosts and other supernatural undead literally fear him. Whereas Frank and Dorothy's presence compels them to their location, Tenniel's scares them away. He could even repulse an Emperor if he had the chance. None of them came close to casting their revenge on him.
They still wished, though. They truly wanted revenge. For what he did.
He shattered countless lives and destroyed their happiness. He destroyed their confidence, which is why they can't help but fear him while undead. Even those who never met him can't help but fear.
The things he did were on a scale too big to fathom.
Even for him, who couldn't quite explain how he felt or why he did what he did.
A legacy was born from this evil too great to fathom: For all of his other relatives to be haunted by supernatural forces.
Tenniel even left a legacy for himself: Death hated him so much, he stopped aging and is even invincible.
Not like he'd even get why.
He still doesn't know how he got to this point.
