Titus

Titus is a tough little Snapper. He likes to think himself the Guardian of the Clan, and acts like a big, tough protector. He often patrols around the lair and runs "safety drills". Other clan members mostly find this behavior endearing and do little to discourage the behaviors. However, the Captains of the Guard find this to be a dangerous belief for Titus to hold. They have told him, and other Clan Council members, that Titus should be restricted to responsibility for the younglings only, if that.

The rest of the Clan Council agreed and since that meeting, Titus has been the Protector of the Young, in charge of the defense and safety of the nests and hatchlings. He takes this post very seriously, and can always be seen herding the young ones and hatchling-proofing the lair. (However, he can often be found napping with the hatchlings as well, usually snoring loudly.)
