Era

Era was hatched from a singular icy egg brought to Haven as a gift of goodwill by the Icewarden's ambassador. She knows no Ice parent nor allegiance to the Icewarden, but rather swore herself to the Knight and the Prophet as an adolescent, taking upon the mantle of the Raven. A mission deep into the Tangled Wood brought Era in contact with ancient magic that wrought an incredible change in Era’s body. What was once familiar became strange and corrupted, and she returned with her form reverted to that of the Icewarden’s first children. Her homecoming was further soured by the discovery that her mate and three most recent hatchlings had been called to the Plaguebringer while she was away. Her family gone, her body changed, and her job passed to another, Era sought solace in learning of the ways of Gaoler dragons now that she was one. She holds a position in the order of the Seekers, using these connections in order to help Haven stay secure from the Shade.

The Raven's Armor

The Raven is a mantle taken up by a special agent who frequently travels beyond the walls of Haven in order to conduct missions on behalf of Haven's leadership. The one who wears the garb and takes the title of the Raven is expected to work when called upon. It's not an easy task, and whomever bears the responsibility often assumes the risk in the position may lead to their injury or death. Era was Haven's Raven in the past, though she became unable to maintain the position after her final mission. Her successor is currently Isara, though whether she's up to the task remains to be seen...
