Rogii

Part of Delphi's tightly-knit religious cadre, Rogii's duties when on patrol include checking in on the religious observances of the lairs that he passes through, as well as making note of those of any travelers moving through or into Delphi's territory. Though neither a member of the Rulings and Ethics Council nor falling within their jurisdiction, copies of his reports are delivered to them on the grounds that both the clan's religious goings-on and its religious needs are relevant to the clan's operations overall.

Like most snappers Rogii has an excellent memory for information, and in particular he sees himself as something of a missionary. He takes a great deal of personal satisfaction from spreading his knowledge of the Plaguebringer's ways wherever he goes and to whomever he comes across. However, he has been banned in several border clans of surrounding Flights for 'spreading the faith' a little too enthusiastically. Specifically, Rogii is believed to be responsible for nearly a dozen clans nearly being wiped out by the sudden spread of disease.
