Saiyo is the founder and leader of a small, now dissolved hit for hire group. He is a semi immortal, only able to die of old age or his own toxins which are released from his long barbed porcupine-like quills. He is harsh and cruel to those he commands and has very little regard for the safety or wellbeing of his group. He formed his group through kidnapping and harsh training to create the soldiers they are now.

Saiyo wasn't always as cruel as he is now, but after loosing his mate and hatchlings, he became a callused, unfeeling dragon.
