 L O R E :
  • TIDE isn't physically old but acts like it. He's always complaining about how sore his tail is when commissioned with any work, no matter how simple of a task it is. Because of this, he's had a hard time being accepted by the other Astrophellian citizens and was sent out to the outskirts despite his inability to see.
  • He recalls seeing the meteor that NOX came from but was born after she arrived to Sornieth. TIDE was there when NOX first appeared on the outside wall of Astrophel. Since then, she has been his only friend and even chose the name "TIDE" because of her.
  • TIDE started wearing antlers out of respect for NOX after he heard the city's citizens making mean spirited comments regarding her odd headdress.
  • TIDE has seen NOX's true origin but refuses to tell her because he fears she will leave him to find her own family. TIDE, however, did not see that NYX even existed. When he came to Astrophel, TIDE was immediately suspicious of NYX.
