Biography
"A final blow, Emectra!"
The bellowing call echoed through the fields, and was answered by a flash of claw and fang. What was once a very sturdy training dummy now lay in tatters.
"Aheehee! Another poor sap done in by our might! Gorgeous carnage, wouldn't you say, Zwelly?"
The Mirror grinned, goggles gleaming. Zweig had long given up attempting to convince her that armor was preferable to a lab outfit... and had also long given up on asking her to stop calling him that.
"...Hmph. You've done fine for today. Tomorrow, we travel for Harpy's Roost - do remember that, Venture."
A second Mirror, aside on standby, saluted rather bombastically with his wing.
"Yep! Right! No problem!"
...Zweig was doubtful. As reliable a combatant as he was... it was likely Glacius would have to remind Venture of his duties the next morning. It had happened so many times before.
Well, it mattered not. When battle came, they would surely triumph. Zweig could be proud of that much, at least...
Despite his soft appearance and softer familiar, Zweig is a battle-hardened man who leads most of the clan's efforts in combat training and exaltation.
His presence and manner are powerful things - he can command even the wily Emectra and the wayward Venture effectively amidst the heat of battle. That's not to say those two aren't still quite a talonful for him, though, given their nature.
Though he knows his clan deals more in diplomacy than might, he nonetheless dedicates himself to providing it, and training soldiers for the Windsinger is something he stands very proud of.
When low on recruits to train, he will often ship out to beat back the Shade-touched himself, though always with the help of his two stalwart - if eccentric - compatriots.
