No one has ever won a game of chess by taking
only forward moves…sometimes you have to move
backwards to take better steps forward.

_______________
White King
Book of Urban Legends
Ancestral Incense

Nearly silent, and a heavy accent when he does speak, his intelligence is often underestimated. Every day he’s found sitting in the floral café, quietly ordering the same cold and bitter tea, and moving pieces about on a chess board by himself. When asked of he knows it’s a two player game, he smiles, resets the board, and offers the opposite seat.
Checkmate.
He’d smile, nod, and reset the pieces again, pointing to the piece you should move first next time.

Ah, a worthy opponent. I’ll strike his fancy; Words of affirmation, And I ready my chess pieces. I chuckle a heartful laugh, Watching as he takes his turn. Although his movement seems flat, His pieces start to mourn. I take back what I say, However, what a rareful action, I propose what I may; I’m a teacher with passion. Huffing, he bows his head, With utter embarrassment. I speak what must be said, And he grins in an understandable fashion. A rematch, he says: My eyes begin to look wide. It seems like his goals have been met, As his army of chess has almost beaten mine. Sadly, he lost. All I had to say was: Checkmate.

Finally I have a chance to do what most people do and type everything here! Anyway shout out to all the bio coders out there who code such a wide variety of things. I could never do that so like, respect, y’know? Okay so I don’t know how long this is supposed to be but I’m just going to assume that this whole thing is enough for one paragraph!

And here we are! Paragraph two! What a wonderful paragraph. Totally with lots of words that I have yet to write but will write. Also shout out to those asset makers, I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say you’re the backbone of coding. Those images you all make are absolutely amazing. Okay, time to type some more, probably to make this longer than the first paragraph to show off More Space like the cool person I am. And here we are on the fifth line!

A third, shorter paragraph here for some spiciness. Gonna keep this to two lines because that’s how these things work, and also because I can and will. Okay, there’s the second line, we’re over.
