The renowned seamstress of Crescent Grove, Arvad personally sees to the lairs apparel needs. From purchasing fine silks to hemming pants, he does it all with a keen eye.

Arvad's egg found its way into the Crescent Grove. The Lair Heads took him in, along with a number of other mystery eggs. The lair itself took care of him after his hatching, so Arvad does not claim one parent with the older members of the clan. The Crescent Grove is his home and who raised him. He will do his best to repay the kindness that was shown to him when he needed it.

Arvad is mates with Neptune, the Captain of the Guard of the Eclipse Estuary. They met shortly after Neptune first joined the lair; however, Neptune was in a committed relationship at the time. When that relationship ended, Arvad helped Neptune come to terms with losing his mate and hatchlings. In the years following, the two became closer until they eventually agreed to become mates. To this day, their relationship continues to flourish.

Arvad is a little hard to talk to as he tends to be rather focused on his work. He isn't trying to ignore other dragons; it is just easy for him to get fixated on his work and forget that he was in the middle of conversation. However, when someone comes to him with a heavy heart, he will set down his needles and brew a pot of tea, giving them his full attention.
