Each clan member holds a valuable role in keeping the clan stable. To some clans, more concerned with immediate survival, Beroke's role would not be as important as some. To her clan, however she is invaluable. She is the teacher of the clan hatchlings, a job that while rewarding can be far more difficult than any other. While there is no greater joy than a new batch of hatchlings, they are often overly excitable and curious. Beroke has the patience to regularly curb their adventuresome wanderings, and the wisdom to answer the thousands of rapidly asked questions.

Beroke's patience is legendary in the clan. As such she is often sent along with the more excitable Fae and Spirals when on a group project or an errand. Her quiet reminds help to keep them from getting distracted. Beroke's trademark striped scarf, which is oddly similar to her own scale pattern, is often an anchor for the smaller breeds when they venture into a flight's territory that has more unstable weather. It is these traits that make her a treasured member of the clan.
