Stormsurge; quiet and reserved. She’s a skydancer from unknown origins and when questioned, will state that she’s a scholar from another region who’s researching the weather. She doesn’t tend to get attached to things easily, nor does she carry much on herself — nothing more than a small notebook, which is easily tucked away into her scarf. It’s a mystery what she’s able to fit in that scarf.

As her name suggests, Stormsurge also happens to have a strange ability— when a storm picks up, she’s able to force the storm onto herself. And with ease, taking its power and allowing the skies to become clear once more. Because of this, she often has jolts of energy bouncing off of herself. Perhaps it’s for the best not to touch her when that happens...!
