real name kiva (draconicisation of a term in the coatl tongue. scarletta won't tell anyone what it means).

scarletta's apprentice, learning magic and manipulation. a blind and deaf foundling abandoned on the shores of the driftwood drag moses-style. found by harpies who were like "man that's just a baby" and signaled the kurites, being the only dragon clan in the vicinity that they didn't despise on moral reasons. communicates through carvings on stone tablets, which is convenient as there's no paper underwater so we were using that anyway. scarletta's made him dependent on her, but he's starting to wonder how great she really is. lockie is h 😳 his um 🙈 wat if we kissed 👉👈 (and we are both kurites!)
