Sin is the younger brother to Siva and remains fully in tune with his demonic nature. His eyes are a pale gold in comparison to his brother's. The paleness implies his weaker/younger nature. His eyes will darken to molten gold with time. As such, despite them never truly having a good bond he did look to Siva for an example and admired his demonic strength/status. Sin went off on his own for a long while to earn his own reputation as frigid and quick to kill. He has very little patience for those weaker to him. He crossed paths with Siva on rare occasions - this usually consisted of them fighting each other in mock battles - Siva is far stronger and usually just batted Sin away like a pest buzzing in his ear. When Sin found out about Siva lending his heart he was rather perturbed. Later angry when he found out Siva had fallen in love with the one he gave his heart to. He went after his brother with the intention of killing Lys but was of course stopped by Siva. Sin still doesn't understand and remains close for another chance to destroy his brother's new weakness. Perhaps one day he will understand.... Though he is now adamantly against the idea of lending out his own heart after seeing the result with his brother so who knows what may come to be... |

A demon's heart however is a transmitter of sorts to the demonic owner when placed in another's body. It was through this phenomenon that Siva experienced mortal emotions. He felt hunger, pain, wonder, love. In the midst of feeling these he fell in love with Lys. The holder of his heart. The original idea behind his lending his heart to her was to allow her a set amount of time to live before he reclaimed his heart but when he fell in love with her he instead chose to let her keep it and they are now inseparable. She gave him meaning to life and with that one of his eyes changed to a silvery ice to signify this new state of being. Siva still remains mostly merciless to others besides Lys but her influence has now changed him enough to reconsider all that he does and he rarely kills others unless they threaten his mate.
