Tar is a mysterious plague dragon. It's assumed that his melting, sludge-like form is attributed to his birthplace in the Scarred Wasteland. He uses his liquid powers to sneak unnoticed and spy on other dragon clans, beastclans or even his own clan mates. Tar isn't afraid to use this information to blackmail other to get what he wants.

Not long after he grew into adult dragon Tar began to grow unusual bone spikes and calcified muscle. Distressingly the other clan members noticed a second face grow on his chest with a sinister smile.
