Colin is the proprietor and main barkeep for the Jolly Shalebuck Inn. Originally, he thought that he was meant for a life of adventuring, but along the way discovered a passion for caring for others. Colin wants all his guests to feel comfortable and well attended, whether they're stopping in to have a quick meal and gossip, or staying long term. As the Inn has slowly expanded, so has his family. Colin started out running the Jolly Shalebuck solo, but over the years more tundras have joined him. They are a tight-knit bunch!

The Inn tends to be the focus of Colin's time and energy, whether that be the business side of things, or taking care of his family of Inn-tundras. Sometimes he will indulge in his past tastes for adventure and catch up on the latest gossip surrounding new venues or fighting techniques. Mostly he dotes upon all the dragons that come into his realm, with a special place for Pan. She was the first dragon to join him at the Inn, and he views her as a younger sister.
