Euclid
Blacksmith
Stalwart Flame

Lost Gladekeeper Sackdoll
Gladekeeper Topiary Cutting

Rumors say that Euclid was born on the hearth amongst the coals of a burning flame. Euclid thinks those stories are hysterical.
He was from a modest clan, eking out their life as best they could and providing the life they could for the hatchlings born to them. Almost all had to be shipped off to other clans to learn trades and make a new life for themselves, and Euclid was no different in this regard.
He was given to a blacksmith to learn the trade of tempering metal into what was needed and tending to a fire that could melt stone. It was hard work, grueling work.
Euclid adored it.
The heat of the fire on his scales as he pulled the metal out, the way his muscles pulled and contracted as he swung the mallet, the loud clangs as the mallet struck the glowing metal, and the satisfying hiss as he plunged his work into a barrel of water.
The work was satisfying, demanding, and made him gleam with pride as another would appraise his work with approval and wonder. Eventually, the time came for him to move on, to find a place to do his work.
He was contracted on by the modest Clan Cross, their forge having died long ago.
He cleaned the cave system, bought the materials he needed, and lit the flame. It wasn't long after that he would find dragons snoozing on the grounds above his den and workplace, taking comfort in the warmth. He found a pride in knowing it wasn't just the tools he made that helped improve their lives.
He did not forge weaponry often with this clan, something he had mixed feelings for. Certainly he made plenty of armor for the warriors and a few weapons here and there. However, most of his work was centered around needed household items. Nuts, bolts, hinges, pots, pans, doors, all sorts of things that have more practical use then the weapons and armor he forges in his spare time.
Yet he finds himself oddly relaxed and prideful that his work is being used to make the lives of others better, rather than ending them.
Euclid isn't much of a talker, prefering to let his work show its worth than his own praise. He takes great pride and joy in his work, both the process and end results.
He is a bit of a jokster, not above taking a dig at others for his own amusement. The best show of this is how he refuses to deny the rumors that he was born in a hearth fire and that he is secretly some sort of fire elemental.
Neither is true, but he does like to sleep near his forge which results in his body being several degrees warmer than any other dragon.
He loves his work dearly, and takes great pride that it is helping improve the lives of others.
