Utakata was a Shinobi from Kirigakure. He was the last Jinchuriki of Saiken, the six-tailed beast.

Once a loyal Ninja of his village Utakata left Kirigakure during the Bloody Mist-era to go his own path. Utakata appeared to always prefer solitude and did not like talking in particular, but won other's people's trust fairly easily anyway.
He had a better relationship to Saiken than most of the other Jinchuriki.

Utakata is a quick and agile fighter that does not rely on his biju's strength if not neccessairy. He is a sensor-type, capable of recognizing other people's chakra. Knowing a lot about herbs he was also able to cure wounds by himself without the help of a medic.
He can use water-based Ninjutsu. With his bubble pipe he can create bubbles of different sizes to attack, to travel in them or to shield himself from attacks. He can also make the bubbles explode, fill them with ink or poison.
