Biography
reclusive/intelligent/intense
being the daughter of Karro, the more brooding dragon of the clan, Scarborne had taken his likeness and displays an edginess like no other. Always remaining hidden away in a corner, stalking an unaware clanmate, or gathering plants and creatures for Karro's cauldron, it is usually difficult pulling her aside from running another trusted authority's errands. However, the bond Scarborne and Karro share is inseperable as a father and daughter, and somewhat charming.
While her father proceeds to excel in brewery and potion-making, Scarborne makes for an excellent cook-which is a rarity among dragons since most prefer to consume their prey raw. Able to make the most out of nearly any ingredient, what her father lacks in simply throwing assorted items into a pot Scarborne can critically think through. Extra nutrition through expertly prepared meals allows the dragon to provide a much-needed recovery for her father's bouts in the more dangerous parts of Sornieth.

"Scarborne, look out!"
But by the time Karro had uttered his warning, it was too late. The ridgeback dragon had spilled the cauldron's contents all over herself as she had accidentally removed a loose pebble supporting it, and the boiling liquid had now seeped into her skin, penetrating through her tough hide.
"Gragh...ow..."
"Are you hurt? You should have known better- no- I'm so sorry, my daughter."
"It's alright, dad, I'm fine, I think."
But it appeared as though Scarborne was the furthest from fine. She was changing, and Karro's sympathetic expression changed as well into a strange face that contemplated fear and deep intrigue. This was his most potent solution yet, made from rare wyrmwound extract that had been traded underhandedly by traveling plague dragon merchants making their rounds into the Labyrinth. It was very clear now what that substance was doing to his offspring, and Karro couldn't stop it.
Within an instant, Scarborne's body had completely mutated. A second head had sprouted from her shoulders that opened up with pearly jewel-like pores, and her wings grew sharp and claw-like.
"Sc-Scarborne?" Karro was paralyzed, his mind racing between providing consolation for his daughter and studying the new body she had taken.
Scarborne, too, could not speak. All that came from her jaws for the first moments were nothing but screams and hisses from her two heads as they debated for control, until she had settled with herself.
"D-dad? I can't see you very well...I..."
"It's ok, you're...different now, that has no bearing on who you are."
Thankfully, she had won the battle, and her prior consciousness resumed its reign. Who knows what could have happened if she was left to her own devices...
