Arvensis is definitely an interesting dragon... Firstly, they were born with a multitude of eyes lining the sides of their body. Only the two sets on their face work, and the others they've tried to claw off when they were young in an attempt to fit in.

Their parents were horrified at the child with multiple bright red eyes, abandoning them at the edge of the Plaguebringer's domain, shattering their pearl in hopes it would kill them. Arvensis grew up with a hatred for their parents because of this, so much so that they swore they'd show 'normal' dragons how it felt to be looked at as a freak like they were; this was achieved by genetic manipulation... Mostly without consent, and with horrifying results.

They are in charge of the genetics division, including the manipulation and mutation of living things. They're quite eccentric, despite having likely the most gruesome job in all of Phantomflux.
