Use Haste, then Rally: you need Rally Eliminate x6 (or Rally Eliminate x4 + Rally Scratch x5) to defeat the bosses.

There is no significant improvement if you add Wave Slash instead of Sap on one of your fighters, even if it's strong against both bosses (Fire and Wind).

You can remove the Berserk debuff using a Cleansing Tonic or Cleansing Elixir.
