Cróine is a speaker for the dead, and for the wild spirits of the natural world. Drawn to the clan in its' new home amongst the Cairnstones, she has taken on a role in the witches' coven, giving the ancestors and the land a voice to be heard by the living.

Cróine is an Irish name meaning ' yellow' or 'saffron.
